The Maccabee Mindset is an interactive personal development and performance program built from the lessons I learned during my twenty-year journey from Jewish day school to representing Israel at the Olympic Games.

But this program isn’t really about skeleton. It’s about learning to know who you want to become, understand why it matters, build the roadmap to get there, and take consistent action to make it happen.

Through Olympic stories, mindset frameworks, self-assessments, guided exercises, and practical tools, The Maccabee Mindset helps participants define a meaningful mission, set ambitious goals, build confidence and resilience, perform under pressure, strengthen their Jewish identity, and turn what they learn into action.

At its core is a simple idea: when you know who you are and what you stand for, you become much harder to knock off course. The program challenges young Jews to tap into their inner Maccabee, to draw strength from their identity and tradition, pursue something extraordinary, and have the confidence to be proudly and unapologetically themselves.

The goal: build a generation of strong, proud Jews ready to dream bigger, compete harder, lead proudly, and go do something great.

Built especially for Jewish teens and young adults, and available as a meaningful gift for a young person in your life.
